The Importance of Full Range of Motion

Full range of motion is what it's all about for me. You have to get your body ready to deal with a dynamic load, just your body weight. If you're really good at pull-ups and any kind of rowing action, spend more time on the opposite side which brings us to the next point where we get injured.
