Is There a Difference Between Visible Poverty and Criminality?

There's no acknowledgement that these are two separate issues. There is the actual murder spike that happened and then there is the complaints about crime in places like New York and LA. The same type of thing where if you look out all of these neighborhoods, they're all almost all to the exact place. Deindustrialization happens, the mass degradation of Americans happen, the destruction of the safety net, everything happens. And they are as they are now.
