This is a type of procrastination where you put pressure on yourself unnecessarily. You can remove the pressure, and again, a little bit like the performer, you can replace it with compassion. It's probably not that you're too busy to do something. As jackie collins would say in one of her epic books, take a beat and ask yourself, what am i really avoiding?
