In the past ten years, we used to look at our services and interpret the information we got as serving a abstract user. We no longer assume that five ninths of availability represent the overaw experience for all the customers. The work flows are more important than the users individually because different uses can perform the same work flow in our system. And they may diverge in their computational requirements,. One work flow may require a lower latency, but not so much accuracy; another one may require for exceptional accuracy, but they can tolerate a day of stolness or somethingih.
