In 2017, this will be when they're taking their absights. What's the evaluation of choice? It is a CT neck angiogram. If you have a high suspicion for an esophageal injury, so you think there's some air from the wound or they're having trouble swallowing, then what would you do? Then we would need a EGD. Some people would say a swallow study, so an esophogram. But otherwise, the CT scan is your initial study of choice. So initially, I'll be focused on the blood vessels, the jugular and the crotted.
