Shakespeare - The Tempest - Part One - Macbeth

The play was probably first produced in 1606. The Piazza resistance had these incredibly life like rubber prosthetic dummies of the actors playing Lady Macbeth and the two very young child actors who were in the show. They covered them in blood and viscera, I guess, and hung them upside down by their ankles from the rafters of the stage. So it looked incredibly real.
