Don't Do the Interstitial Thing

I see us doing probably small batches of people with like lots of hand holding and attention. And also, I don't have a product to offer them today. So there has to be some sort of like holding period or something where it's like this person's interested in entering our world. They want to hear about when it actually is available, but I can't do anything today. But instead, I'm trying to take advantage of the intervening time prior to my real launch. That's very unique. Most companies just start up do that.
