I practice gratitude daily because I find that I'm not going to the awful place in my head. Knowing how to regulate our nervous system and ground ourselves is just absolutely crucial. Then there's the self-efficacy piece, finding ways to know that you can act and make a difference that matters. It's incredible how much depression can be dealt with by sleeping well and eating well and fitness. We need to bear witness to suffering at the same time as improve the odds for climate justice.
