The Cycle of Dysfunctionality

As we move away from apps and conversational AI becomes that main entry point, it gets to a point where it blurs out the edges of what a business is. It's really hard for businesses to kind of break out of siloed environments. Maybe apps are like a personal collection of silos in a way. You have all these different apps on your phone that don't really interact much even though there's plenty of opportunity for one app to help others.
