The Struggles of a New Frontiers Church

What I encounter at the think conference is generally churches associated with new frontiers. And so that isn't so much of a challenge that you know, they know their roles. Then I encounter guys from a more conservative, evangelical background who do seem a little bit more stretched. One pastor told me he gets 40 emails every afternoon and blamed all these things on his workload. That was such a burden for him. He could see the route to to burnout ahead there, you know.
