If you were to go back at some point in your career to being an exec instead of a CEO, in what ways do you think you would behave differently or operate differently having been in the CEO seat? I think it gets back to that first statement. It's maybe a popular word these days is empathy, but just having an understanding of the number of demands and the breadth of things that you have to consider in this role. If anything, it's probably knowing that there's things going on that you probably don't have visibility into that may be driving the behavior of the CEO.
