When did you start feeling like I'm an American? When did that happen? Well, it was obvious. I was being American. I was playing all over America for Americans. And the one thing about me was I was a Canadian. So when I came out with the song, I came up with that thing where I said, I'm a punk. That's the only way I could describe myself at that point.
