Is There a Distraction Blocker on the Mac?

i've dabbled with these distraction blockers on ee phone or mac, at all ioesor mac? I have eliminated email for the most part. The one place that it would be really beneficial is the smart phone. So i'm trying to get better about if i have an email, it's going to take me more than three seconds to respond to a,. getting that out of my email ap and getting it into ome focus so that i can have the link there. And yet, i realized when i went through this sectiond he calls it, keep an external todo listwell, i guess i'm not using it the way i should. Whops.
