A waterfall habit is when habits fill us in a way that it flows over into other pieces or other habits of our life. If we are starting to move our body, then we are going to potentially behave in ways that are more fulfilling or effective. It's that thingat you o that starts sending you in a direction that vote for the person that you want to be your fulfilled life. And i get so passionate about talking about compassion and kindness, because that's what it looks like in practice.
