The Career of a Senior Pastoral Leader
I started teaching, teaching business in my first year at Cavadash. I was curriculum leader of business and politics for three years. And then I became head of house for two years at Abraham Derby Academy. Then I had the chance to take my first senior leader post - as a head of house. But yes, I am a senior pastoral leader and I absolutely love it. It's like you've managed to get all those things in another job. The full personal development agenda is under my umbrella too. So that's where the career's gone.
