Using Machine Learning to Find Growth Versus Value

In memetics, you get everyone thinking the same thing at the same time. One of my little pet theories is that there may be a way using machine learning to find a ple it doesn't predict, but rather a confirmation. How do you use that in order to go make a cable empire or make whatever? It's refreshing ind tat sense. I agree. Let me actualy unpack this ability.
