The best model is a collection of models that have different capabilities and focus on different parts of the problem. And whether it's an average or something more sophisticated, they out performs any one of them in isolation. So if you're only getting information for people who have similar experiences from you and similar constraints, you can't learn anything. You're not getting new information. You're just getting confirmations.
