Bill Mitchell and Evelyne's Memories

Evelyn Mackenzie's sister karen was murdered by bill mitchell in 1993. Mitchell has served 20 years for the murders and is up for parole every three years. Evelyn started a petition to have laws changed so that he could never be released from prison. The attorney general said there would be no changes to the current parole review process.
