Is There a Breakpoint in the Military?
I just like to offer a different view. The vision for me, and this was actually when I was in Australia, the vision for me was created a company where we focused on the corporates and we then engaged former veterans to be asked our staff. For me, when this was in the days of conception, I realized a lot of my issues when I left. It was that camaraderie, that community that I took for granted. We come from a massive sense of purpose in the military, especially in the special forces. And when you lose that, when you leave,you know, that creates a massive void, a phenomenal void, and people struggle to find purpose.
