The Banking Sector Has Less Reserves, Right?

The banking sector has fewer reserves, so the markets that are most impacted are the one orthe or the markets that were a that were the benefits of those reserves. Markets that recipients of extra bank reserves have fewer bank reserves. So i think it played a role. But here's the thing though. I don't actually think the banking system needed that love of reserves, but the repe market wanted it.
