The Patch Act
The patch act is going to apply to devices manufactured moving forward. Once Congress passes the regulations, the FDA develops the guidelines and they're implemented. There's an awful lot of equipment already out there that needs to be secured in a healthcare environment. And the patch act can't really do anything about those legacy systems.
