Artificial Wombs and the Metaverse

i wrestle with a lot wet what are the possibilities of any of these really drastic, extreme ideas on human enhancement. You don't even have to worry about artificial wombs if people who have the money are able to get surrgats to simply pay people to pimp out their wombs to have children. I mean, that's already here. Well, i think conservatives would want the artificial wombs to exist so that you can eliminate abortion infamiaity. Pretty hilarious idea. If the artificial woman exists, there's no argument for terminating the life of the feet at any point?
