Civil Asset Forfeiture

The right and libertarians would have us believe this is at the centre of the kind of thing the by partisan reform machine seeks to change. The libertarian right may support a banson on a asset forfeiture, but they're busy trying to make sure that corporationsa, cannot be criminalized. It's important for people to understand that when we're looking at the turrain of criminal legal system reform, and we call it criminal legal system because we don't think there's a shred of justice really to be had in the so called criminal justice system.
