The Importance of Loyalty in a Downturn
When people are in turmoil and in anxiety, they tend to get stuck at the bottom of the pyramid. A H M O had to secure what we're trying to say to our employees: You will not lose your job due to economic reasons. We moved all of our employees over to Kaiser, which was a much more affordable health insurance plan. And you're talking about loyalty, feeling a sense of loyalty to the company. Also, I just love inspiration as a goal among your employees.
