How to Form Habits

i'm not sure that we're saying two different things though because i think that you can sort of have that sort of conversation with different aspects of who you are what i'm more saying is looking at people want to form habits. In a subconscious way people think of habit they think they can go to they can do this thing now on autopilot right so what i'm trying to help them do is take more conscious control of the intention and help them realize that they can't take their hands off the controls not for a while.
