The Values of Leadership in the Experience Design Process

I have found that that sort of manifestation of the experience design process largely is directed by leadership. I think the buy-in from our senior leaders, like my VP of design for content to be a role is super important and then also having that sort of reinforcement, per se, to like attend these op-mex is not optional but almost like a requirement for being a designer in the studio was one.
