Chicago has this tradition to where they have snipers nest when they used to have the sprawling housing projects. They would just snipe out their you know rival gang members it's like that seems kind of unusual for an inner city environment. Some of the developers involved in carnival carnival were part of a Celtic quote unquote cult which was active around multiple regions the US but specifically had a very strong presence in Chicago. The Kentucky vampire thing with the one kid I can't recall his name now at the top of my head is really interesting because supposedly that cult was based off of vampire the masquerade and it's right there next to Fort Campbell.
