Is There a Mass Extinction Event?

I think the trends that I was talking about in that thread are going to persist for at least a couple years. LP capital pulling back, fewer venture dollars going out. There's going to be more M&A as the valuations on these startups come down. The public markets buyers, the PE buyers are taking notice.
