Henry VI and the 15th Century in General

Henry VI was only nine months old when he became king. He grew up to be simple-minded, and sometimes quite mad. Humiliation at the hands of the French led to a vicious civil war that tore England apart for 30 years. The Tudors did their normal trick of rewriting history to make Henry VII look good.
