Carbo Peums - What's the Gap in the Average?

The three important carbo penums are mi penum, miropenem and urta penum. Miropeam has excellent anti pseudomonal activity. And then erta peam gives you great gram negative and anerobic coverage. But don't use them if other agents are available because these really destroyed the good flora that you have in your gut eswell along with the bad gis.
