Like it's so important to get early customers that if you have to do a ton of manual stuff, that's okay. Don't try and bake it the first time because what you'll do is just make the mother of all assumptions which will make it very hard for your business to succeed. Paul Graham: The danger here is don't build this enormous product in the absence of customers.
