Song of the South by James Harris
Song of the south is a movie for children, so there's nothing like that depicted in it. It's still a vision of inter racial reconciliation that relies on the black man choosing loyalty to the plantation and its masters over his own freedom. In song of the south, brar fox also represents the dangerous world outside the plantation. All three main animal characters are all voiced by black actors performing in broad black dialect. The animal voices were provided by james baskett, the actor who played uncle remus, as well as nick stuwart and johnny lee.
