How Does the Wells Score Compare With the Revised Geneva Score?

The wells score and the revised Geneva score are two validated scoring systems that help identify the clinical probability of PE. The main difference between these two score is that for the well score, there is one item that is not totally objective but implicit. Gestalt evaluation is unstructured implicit clinical evaluation of the physician as to the risk of the patient has a PE or not.
