When Mark Zuckerberg was at Harvard, he had to write an essay on a piece of art from the Augustine period in Rome. He built a service where basically anyone in the class could go to it and it showed you a random piece of art. The professor ended up telling him after that that the grades on the final were higher than they'd ever been before. "You have to unlearn how to be a perfectionist," Reid says.
