The Master Classes Are Too Much of a Wave of Information

I've made it my business over the last five years to assimilate large amounts of information. The goal is to try and just catch as much as you can, but Yeah, the problem is every book that is summarized. You don't get the time under tension when you're listening to summaries so I've gone back to listening to full audio books giving myself full time under exposure. And always just take notes and then set a reminder through the key points put that into an ever-ever file on your phone or whatever. Johnny Depp's best advice? Just indexlessly implement information at any point in his life because he doesn't think about anything other than what needs to be done.
