Kanye was a good guy, but the stuff that he said is not good. I don't know what happened to that guy. When you go back during his time at Adidas, designers will say that he was inspirational at times. But as they learned more, they spent more time with him. They started to complain about all the types of totalitarian ways that he ran his design studio. The reputational risk is like you attach yourself to Kanye and when Kanye goes off the cliff, your brand is now going with them.
