The Four Phases of Remediation

Kelvin: I was trying in my mind to differentiate feedback conversations that are sort of more corrective from actual remediation. So when we talk about remediation, it's not just about a learner and me as the attending or me as the coach. It is a bigger pot. It's whether that learner is succeeding in the context of an institution that maybe supports remediation, maybe doesn't.
