How Did You Get Started Editing?

Ike: I didn't have like a sing employe. K, four years ago. How did you go from even just making that decision to hire one person? This is brutally hard for me. At first on was just an editor. Even then, it's like, cause i so particular and how i wanted it,. He would come over and edit the vidos after i finished. And i would just watch him at it, and then, why you cut that?
