How Much Do You Encourage Candidates to Ask Good Questions to the Employer?

i teach them how to be like the consultant you know i said i want you to ask some questions to the employer that you can't find the answer to on google but only this person can answer for you in this conversation. When they give you the answer it's actually going to give you material that's going to help better position yourself. I think employers really appreciate good questions from candidates because that means they're thinking and they're putting themselves in their shoes and they've really thought about it so yeah i absolutely have them ask those good questions because that's what starts to differentiate candidates from from others.
