Lightning Payments - Is There a Maximum of Four Million Satoces?

We actually raise the limit for from one million satose to four million atoce. Maybe we now, with e biton price drops, maybe we need to raise the limit again. But that's the order of magnitudes, what, ye, what we'd feel comfortable is.
