A lot of how you respond to this feeling is driven by that fear. What if it stays? If it stays, I've got to do something. There's a lot of automaticity that comes up when that fear drives things. And the second I then think of it hasn't stayed in the past,. That sort of allows me to be with it a bit more. Like what if here the new and different thing is rather than the fear doing the determining about what you do?"
