It is a little bonkers out there. I mean, write right when you get past the first star buck seking, make a left at the kafe x machine and pick up your briefcase full of cash. And that's like when you step off the plane at s f o, they just hand you six and a half million as at s basiclly. People are getting itchy, even absent external data to force them into those situations. The thing to underscore here is it's not a crazy market for everyone.
