The History of the English King

There are 19 of the English kings and I'm going to be giving you just brief notes on each one so we can see history unfolding over about five centuries. The first king we're going to be talking about is William the Conqueror, who arrived in England in 1066 from Normandy when he arrived. He face planted on the beach, which is probably an inauspicious start but things turned out well for him in the end.
