The oratory being the gift that elevated a lot of these leaders. But i wonder how much, because that was when television in radio was becoming a the media,. The dominant media of the world. So it's like all of a sudden we have television and radio is the dominant mo media. These guys that speak really well, or in musselini's case, a speak very animated that contributes to their their success as public speakers.
