What Is Your Favorite Design Tool?

I assume there's a ferry you can get off Sardinia with the camper. I haven't found a great reason to use anything else. There's always something someone's yelling at me to use that isn't Aksure. If I'm all about realistic prototyping and really good usability testing I've got a usability test a realistic model. Not just a pretty clickety click click.
