What if Technique?
The 20th technique is the hidden emotion technique. This is a powerhouse technique for treating anyone with anxiety. Almost everybody who struggles with anxiety, at least 80% of them are exceptionally nice people. And when something comes up, they get upset about something. You kind of sweep your negative feelings under the rug and you can't even remember that you're upset. That comes out indirectly as some form of anxiety or maybe a somatic aches and pains that have no organic basis. The individual downward arrow, you can learn more about in podcast 39.
