The Importance of Contingent Faculty in Education

The more what's the word I'm looking for not exclusive though I guess it is exclusive. The schools that are much more difficult to get into often tend to be more expensive and those types of schools are mostly not contingent. They are mostly tenure track or tenured instructors especially as you get up higher in like freshman and sophomore so first and second year students are probably going to be taught mostly by contingent faculty but the further you go in your educational journey the more like tie-dured instructors you will have.
