I Don't Think the Show Has Made It Clear Yet.
I don't recall seeing any, you know, environmental storytelling. There's some stuff in the game that I imagine maybe the show will talk about at some point. It just seems like... Maybe they just assume you know after watching some of these zombie things. Yes, my census Kansas City is completely screwed at this point. And it was primarily screwed because of Kathleen's quest for vengeance. No one gives a shit other than David Chen on the decoding TV pod. Who made it an hour a day? Exactly.
