Leadership is about fighting with yourself to find the truth. You want to cmmunicate the truth but can't communicate it because people have self defence mechanisms. It's really hard for a lot of leaders to go, ok, i know that's not true now, and i'm going to admit it rather than youno just trying to cover it up.
