How to Be Happy With Your Language Level
If you cannot enjoy your language level now, you will not enjoy it in five or ten years. It's about being happy where you are, yet still wanting more. For general learning, you cannot complete a language. If you have a really specific goal, like passing an exam or getting a job interview done, you can kind of get 100%. You can complete your goal in the language.
